Zzz cham loh

kk 2day 16/02/06....went to rumah sukan practice in the mornin...wear earing one side oni..dam gao yeng 0.0"..swtZ...go warm up then run 2 round padang lah...after that...teacher wan me to lompat pagar..train 4 hari sukan lah..then me n steph ma ask sheryl help take the lompat pagar tingy..each of us take one....not vry heavy aso...then ma jump lah 1st and 2nd time ...run all the pagar din jatuh^^...record is erm 1st=8 second 2nd=6 second...wootZ the floor dam gao wet...slipery like crap ni...1st two time hampir jatuh lucky din lah...then 3rd time...3 pass but the last wan.. terkena...my leg pain like crap ni...the leg bone ther terBANg the pagar tingy...bengkak...dunno whether nex monday can go lompat pagar anot...cham ni =.=Z""...god bless me...
